Join our Transcom family as a Solutions Architect! 

The Solutions Architect is responsible for managing solution functions for the Americas and APAC regions. This person will work closely with senior leadership, business development teams, and other key business stakeholders to ensure we are putting forward best-in-class solutions meeting both external and internal requirements. 

What we are looking for: 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead the development and design of AAPAC proposals ensuring the quality and creativity of all proposals meets world-class standards and positions Transcom in the most favorable position.
  • Partner with other business stakeholders across IT, AI/Digital, Operations, Pricing, etc. to ensure consolidated approach for proposal ideation.
  • Design and articulate strategies that best position Transcom as a differentiating provider including digital, AI, CX Advisory, etc.
  • Identify opportunities for value-add solutions for both new and existing clients.
  • Review the quality of output from the Bid Teams.
  • Partner with Business Development stakeholders to ensure adherence to deal review processes.
  • Act as a key liaison between all business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective and compelling solutions.
  • Oversee multiple, concurrent projects, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, and to the required quality standards.
  • When necessary, conduct client-facing interactions to facilitate consultative selling and build strong relationships.
  • Participation in client presentations, site visits and the due diligence processes, both onsite at client locations and via remote meetings.
  • Utilize a strong operational background to showcase comprehensive BPO and CX acumen. Provide real-world examples and perspectives on the latest trends across CX.

Profile Requirements

Professional Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Minimum studies: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
  • Leadership Experience: Ability to manage client discussions and decision makers.
  • Client-Facing Interactions: Proficiency in engaging with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and facilitate consultative selling.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and solution projects that demonstrate differentiation and value.
  • Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience in collaborating with diverse teams and supporting subject matter experts.
  • Operational Background: Background in customer care operations to provide practical insights and examples.
  • Experience with Digital Solutions: Deep understanding of digital solutions and trends, with the ability to apply this knowledge to real-world scenarios.

Languages:

  • English: C1 – Effective Operational Proficiency or Advanced.
