Join us as a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner for Shkoder!

In this role, you will:
• Support the Talent Acquisition strategy to attract and recruit top talents
• Find the right match between candidate and Transcom via first selection
• Coordinate existing and new vacancies (full recruitment life-cycle)
• Drivie candidate attraction and experience proactively
• Working by KPI driven performance
• Communicate and collaborate closely with OPS
