At Transcom, we are excited to offer an exclusive opportunity for our internal employees! One of our clients, reMarkable in Norway, is now looking for two motivated customer service professionals with an interest in business development to strengthen and grow their sales organization.
reMarkable is an innovative company that specializes in creating digital notebooks and advanced e-paper technology. Their products combine the traditional feel of writing on paper with digital solutions, offering an efficient and creative user experience. Known for its sleek design and user-friendly technology, reMarkable is a leader in its field.
Your Role as Project Advisory Support:
As Project Advisory Support, you will play a key role in enabling reMarkable's sales strategies. You will work with the client’s business development team, build customer relationships, and assist in closing sales deals with their B2B customers.. In this role, you will contribute to reMarkable's sales success by converting business opportunities into sales. .
Facilitate outbound calls for potential leads coming from the website inquiries and other channels.
Support in building and managing sales and admin reports
Answer general questions and inquiries for B2B segment
Process orders and track shipments to ensure timely delivery of products
Provide administrative support to Sales and Marketing team
We Offer:
Training: Comprehensive training to ensure your success in the role
Salary: Standard salary + a fixed bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 (can be flexible as long as 7.5 hours/day)
Contract: 100% project-based employment for 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension. If you are already employed at Transcom, you will return to your previous role once the project ends.
Location: Enjoy working full remote, with occasional travel to reMarkable’s office in Oslo.
Requirements:
Fluent in English, Swedish/Norwegian, spoken and written
Experience in sales is an advantage but not a MUST
Interest in business development and sales support strategies
Ability to work efficiently with CRM systems and maintain high data quality
Strong relationship-building skills
