Transcom is a global community of customer experience experts – nimble, driven, and committed to the brands we serve.  Right now, we’re looking for a Sales Manager (French speaking markets) to help drive our success through strategic business development and growth.  By promoting our BPO core services to key decision makers within local and global brands, the successful person will look to secure new offshore opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute winning sales strategies

  • Strategic prospect identification

  • Collaboration with Marketing for Lead Generation

  • Building and nurturing strategic prospect relationships

  • Ensure Bid Management alignment with client priorities

  • Lay the foundation for long-term client relationships

  • Manage sales pipelines and forecasting

  • Foster a Collaborative and Seamless Transition Process

  • Drive a Culture of Continuous Improvement and Learning


What are we looking for?


  • Studies in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, STEM or other relevant subjects

  • Proven  experience in: Sales, Marketing or Account Management 

  • International CX-BPO, leading CX-platform software, CX-consultancy experience would be a real bonus 

  • Knowledge of Google Suite 

  • Experience with popular CRM platforms like Salesforce or similar tools is essential 

  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and content management systems such as Seismic, Showpad or Highspot is a bonus

  • Fluency in written and spoken French

  • English verbal and written skills (minimum C2 level)
