  • Become an expert and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

  • Identify product or service issues and resolve a range of customer concerns, from simple to complex, via email, phone, and occasionally live chat.

  • Utilize modern communication channels to provide the highest level of service.

  • Process customer service cases using various computer applications.

What we’re looking for
  • Fluency in both English and Danish.
  • Exceptional writing and speaking skills to offer clear, empathetic customer support via email and live chat.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic software proficiency.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A secondary school education is required.
