Job Objective:
To drive, support and sustain Transcom’s learning culture through structured projects and initiatives that
contribute to operational performance, organizational effectiveness & transformation, as aligned to
Transcom’s vision, mission, values, and strategic goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Talent Development & Leadership Effectiveness
1. Facilitate leadership development programs for the cluster, evaluate effectiveness and validate
follow through initiatives to ensure continuous development using learning technologies.
2. Conduct developmental needs analysis to identify the critical skills gaps of the cluster’s leadership
profile.
3. Monitor and measure post assessments scores that are correlated in an improvement or decrease
in Operational KPI scores.
4. Contribute to the development of global and regional Learning and Development programs to
support talent retention and career development.
5. Drive coaching quality through using blended learning sessions that will foster the coaching culture
across the region.
6. Coordinate with the CSMs and Regional Functional Heads in driving organisational effectiveness by
supporting the talent development requirements of the cluster.
7. Facilitate the cluster/region’s learning community, and serve as the representative to global
learning community initiatives.
