Your role as a Team Leader
You will guide, coach and inspire a team of multilingual customer service agents. Your mission is to ensure outstanding customer interactions while meeting KPIs related to quality, productivity and employee satisfaction.
You’ll be the bridge between frontline support and upper management, using your trilingual communication skills to support a diverse customer base and team.
Your responsibilities:
Lead, support and develop a team of customer service agents handling identity verification and digital signature-related queries
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching;
Assist in onboarding and training new team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated culture
Act as the first point of escalation for complex issues and provide hands-on support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience, product knowledge and support tools
Ensure all team activities comply with data security and privacy standards
What we’re looking for:
Fluency in French or Spanish, and English (C1+)
Proven experience in customer support or contact center environment
Strong leadership, coaching and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to manage team performance and prioritize tasks under pressure
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to digital tools and platforms
Willingness to work from our Porto office
- KYC or anti financial crime (AFC / AMC) background - mandatory
