Join us as a Team Leader for our Samsung team:

You will be leading a team that supports users of some of the most advanced consumer tech on the market. This is not just a support role - your team enables users to get the most out of their devices, solve complex issues, and contribute to a world-class service experience.

  • Leading and motivating a team of Danish-speaking Technical Support Agents to meet performance goals

  • Monitoring quality, KPIs and customer satisfaction, ensuring service excellence

  • Coaching, training and supporting agents, helping them develop their skills and grow within Transcom

  • Acting as the communication link between agents and management

  • Supporting team morale and ensuring alignment with Transcom’s values and the client’s expectations

  • Participating in recruitment, onboarding and continuous process improvement efforts




What are we looking for:

  • Fluent in Danish (C1 or above) and strong English skills (B2 or above)

  • Previous experience in people leadership in a customer support or tech environment

  • Solid knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems (Android/iOS) and basic troubleshooting

  • Ability to interpret data, track performance and implement process improvements

  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence

  • A passion for empowering people - both customers and your team
