Join our Transcom Family as a TA Junior System Administrator!

The Junior System Administrator will provide functional support of the Transcom global Applicant Tracking System and assessment tools. They will be a part of the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence and report to the Avature System Manager. The individual will support our systems, govern process adherence, user access and permissions, resolve assigned tickets/cases, compliance and other reporting including analysis, training and system maintenance for optimal performance and reporting.

System Support:

• Serve as junior system admin for the Avature Talent Acquisition Suite including our ATS, assessments and other systems and processes.

• Support TA Delivery with the resolution of inquires and tickets.

• Obtain advanced level knowledge of our ATS (Avature) and assessment tools.

• Make recommendations on system use or process enhancements that align to the global TA goals and vision.

• Liaise with Avature System Manager and work under their guidance and direction.

• Support recruitment process optimization, including standardization of tests, integration in ATS system, sharing best practices across countries

• Update and maintain user access and permissions.

• Support other Talent Acquisition products as assigned.

• Run and analyze reports to support compliance or other needs.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

• Prior SysAdmin experience with Avature ATS Suite strongly preferred; in lieu experience using Avature as a recruiter will be considered. 

• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

• Ability to think and act with a global mindset, demonstrable ability to work effectively in a global setting across various regions, cultures and time zones.

• Curious, resourceful, creative problem-solver.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to execute and implement process changes across multiple sites.

• Self-directed and detail oriented.
