Our team is looking for a Customer Experience Representative who loves helping others and deeply cares about providing excellent customer service. Swedish and English language skills are required to ensure the fulfillment of cooperation agreements with clients. Also, English skills are required for working with colleagues abroad and related companies, internal documents, systems and programs.

Join Transcom as a Customer Experience Representative!
Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will process the customer experience cases via a different application, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate way, using a variety of modern communication channels.

  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt and respond to change;
