Join us as a Customer Support Agent in Greek! 
  • You'll start with a training program that will prepare you to provide customer support for identity verification through video calls.
  • You’ll communicate with customers in Greek, assisting them with verifying and entering their personal information—a straightforward process where you’ll have full support from your team leader and colleagues.
  • Most of the inquiries you’ll handle will involve identity verification for users activating a SIM card, opening a bank account, or renting a vehicle. You’ll provide a seamless experience that’s both safe and convenient—all in a short, professional, and friendly conversation.

What we’re looking for
  • Excellent command of the Greek language (C1 level or higher)
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office package)
  • Communication skills, motivation, and organizational ability
  • Flexibility to work from our offices in Zagreb or Osijek, or from home (we provide the equipment—you just need a stable internet connection, a desk, and a chair!)
