- The Communications Trainer will be responsible for all English language-related aspects of training for near-hire-candidates, new hires and existing employees.
- Design, implement, and facilitate English proficiency, accent neutralization, and customer relations management.
- Identify Learning needs of trainees/ any other learners/ business as a learning consultant.
- Observe and evaluate trainee performance during real time training sessions.
- Track and maintain trainee attendance and trainee certification records for audit purposes.
- Conduct audits and feedback for the targeted population with the objective of improving scores for training throughput or conversion.
- Initiate and participate in the projects of the team and the department.
What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role you must…
- Preferably graduate of bachelor’s degree in English, Communication Arts, Mass Communications or any related courses.
- Communication and/or Culture Language training ideally in a BPO company experience preferred.
- High levels of spoken and written communication.
- Interpersonal and team management skills are a must.
- Ability to interact with different levels in the organization.
- Previous V&A and Soft skills training experience desirable.
- Basic knowledge of Instructional design desirable.
- Exposure to Quality - preferred.
- Expertise in Excel and Powerpoint.
